Groups = Connection + Support

A weekly group for young adults who are experiencing...

  • Anxiety/extra stress, i.e. avoidance, withdrawal, overprotective, self-imposed pressure or shyness
  • Sensitivity, Depression, ADHD or Learning Issues that cause them stress
  • Limited activities, interests or ideas because of anxiety/fear, depression, sensitivity or ADHD/LDs
  • Get too stressed sometimes
  • A sense of "I'm the only one"
