Psychotherapy

Welcome! So glad you're committed to your well-being! Our clinicians always say "Everyone benefits from therapy, some people need it." So, let's get you the benefits... and see what you need.

 

Psychotherapists require specialized training and experience. For instance, people ages  6, 16 and 26 years old will vary significantly in development phase, communication and comprehension abilities. Therapy tends to take between 12 - 50 sessions, sometimes more, sometimes less... often the young adult is alone with the Practioner and sometimes parent(s) meet with the Practitioner in a separate consultation if appropriate to the young adult's wellness plan. Coaching
