Remember to Walk With Your Kids...

This two minute movie reminds us all of the power of nature and making sure to get ourselves and our children into it.

The best way to do this is by taking our children for walks. Allow them to explore. Go at their pace. Try to see it through their eyes. And it's a reminder of how parents can reap some benefits too when they are taking care of their kids...
