  • Will benefit from a more nurturing 6 - 8 member group of like-minded kids/teens
  • Have anxiety habits, like avoidance, social withdrawal, overprotective, alot of self-imposed pressure or shyness
  • Are sensitive, have ADHD or Learning Disabilities that cause them stress
  • Have activities, interests or ideas that are limited by anxiety/fear, sensitivity or ADHD/LDs
  • Get too stressed sometimes

Our "Worry Less, Relax More" Clubs/Camps will help you kid/teen to...

  • Learn coping skills in a fun way using arts/crafts, music & movement activities rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral & Mindfulness Techniques 
  • Grow a 'tool kit' alongside others devoted to self-improvement
  • Get support 'stretching' their comfort zone so that they can have skills to manage everything that comes their way
  • Get more of that supportive attention to manage their symptoms in a fun group with like-minded peers
  • Triumph over symptoms so their goals and dreams can be achieved
  • Grow confidence and feel accepted for all that they are
