What is Therapy?
  • Compassionate and confidential.
  • For people who have decreased functioning in one or more areas in their life, due to mood & emotions, physical problems, and/or negative thoughts.
  • For people who have had an overwhelming and/or traumatic experience such as abuse, loss, or divorce that requires healing.
  • Always best conducted in person.
  • Helps you feel: (1) more comfortable with yourself and your surroundings, (2) less distracted by emotions & physical issues, and (3) more content on a regular basis.
  • Often can transition into coaching.
