When Should a Young Adult Get Therapy or Coaching?
Are you struggling too much? Or are you just a normal 20-something going
through the growing pains of the transition to adulthood? There are some tell-tale
signs of a young adult who needs the kind of help that
therapy or coaching can
provide. You should seek help when you or an important adult is wondering (even just a few times)
if your behavior or mood is 'normal' or a
problem.
Parents, friends, partners, or co-workers may
notice your suffering comes on suddenly and seems 'out of the blue' or
that it persists for some time or may seem to be getting
worse.
Young adults who take an honest look at their situation should trust
their instincts; if you think you are suffering too much trying to figure this out on your own, take action
now.
Contact Dr. Hartman for an informational session to figure this
out together. |
