My fee is $150 per
50 minute session. I charge $175 for the first
evaluation session, which lasts 50-75 minutes. Payment is due at the
beginning of each session.
I accept payment by check or cash.
Per you request, I will provide a billing invoice at the end of
each month for your records or for you to submit to your insurance
provider for reimbursement.
Insurance
I do not take insurance at this time. Some health
insurance companies will provide coverage for "out-of-network"
treatment. If your insurance allows you to be treated by
out-of-network providers, you may elect to submit invoices to your
insurance company for reimbursement. If you plan to bill your
insurance by submitting the monthly billing invoice I provide, I
recommend that you contact your insurance carrier prior to our
first session and ask about your benefits for psychotherapy.
They may ask for a diagnosis to process your claim, which I can
provide with your permission. I suggest you ask about the following
areas:
Your coverage
for psychotherapy
Your coverage
for an out-of-network provider
The amount of
your deductible
Any
limitations on number of visits per calendar
year
